Five to Count ...

The Accelerate Gritstone Series consist of a total of 7 events. Your best result from 5 of these events counts towards the series.

The Events are:

14th March, 11am, Wolf's Pit

11th May, 7.30pm, Burbage Skyline

4th June, 7.30pm, Castleton

13th June, 11am, Accelerate Edale

25th July, 11am, Great Hucklow

4th September, 11am, Longshaw

10th October, 11am, Windgather (Also,Series Finale & Prize Presentation)

From each event your points will be calculated from the 'Minutes' it takes you complete the event compared to the winners 'Minutes'. This is calculated as a percentage of the winners 'Minutes'. Times will be rounded to the nearest minute.

So if the winner takes 40 minutes and your time is 50 minutes the calculation would be:

40 divided by 50 multiplied by 100 = 80%.

After each race the % score will be added together to give the total for the Series.

Therefore the person with the highest score, in each catergory, would be considered the Winner, having taken the best four events into consideration.

Vet 60 Prizes will also be made avaialble if we have the entries.

Spot Prizes: Open to anyone completing 4 or more events:

3 x NB840 Trail/Fell Shoes 8 x NB Tech Tee's.

Please Note: All prizes are subject to availabilty and prizes can, if unavailable, be exchanged for equivalent or similar from New Balance via Accelerate, to the same retail value. We'll be doing our best to ensure availabilty at the final event in the series.
